Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Noord-Holland Netherlands.

This client is a young player in the snacks market, so they're looking for someone to match their energy, enthusiasm and creativity as a new brand manager!


Grow one of their brands, either in the Netherlands or in the UK by executing marketing plan according to brand strategy and leading (trade) marketing activities and projects to increase brand awareness and support sales results. You can co-develop the annual marketing plans for your brand, in accordance with EMEA marketing, in order to achieve the goals and to drive growth. You always want to be faster, better, stronger! By identifying nw marketing opportunities and promotional programs, you get to use your creativity and out-of-the-box thinking to promote the company.


• Develop and execute ideas to increase brand equity and brand awareness to achieve sustainable growth targets
• Maintain promotional plans for the brands, coordinating with the Operations department where applicable (e. g. promotional packaging etc.)
• Plan POS materials and coordinate logistics and order quantity
• Monitor ATL/BTL allocation, tracking spend structure e.g. for advertising, promotion, media and research agencies
• Create, execute, manage and follow-up on Trade Marketing promotions and activities
• Benchmark and understand market best practices
• Initiate and coordinate qualitative and quantitative research
• Analyze and interpret market - and consumer information and based on the findings, make recommendations in the areas of communication and promotion


• Master degree in marketing
• Minimum 4 years in consumer marketing in Food with proven track record building a brand
• Entrepreneurial thinker, creative marketer
• Customer/consumer focused and result driven
• Action oriented and able to influence others through clear and concise communication
• Highly self-motivated
• Fluent English, Dutch is a plus
