Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Manager that will report directly to Country Manager, become member of the local Management Team and will be responsible for a team of 5 people.

  • Marketing Manager will develop brand recognition as an authentic premium brand and integrate sustainability in Brand communication
  • Implement Global marketing strategy in the market and increase the perceived value proposition by customers
  • Increase product accessibility (mobile & digital & social media),
  • Strengthen customer loyalty- ensure with the team to deliver a consistent customer experience
  • Develop the Brands differentiation and maintain a consistent premium positioning across all channels
  • Provide specific marketing related services to market related to Marketing for (PR/Events, Media, digital strategy, creation and implementation of the B2B marketing strategy)
  • Provide the Marketing Team with the necessary coaching, guidance on implementing global/regional strategies in Marketing
  • Evaluate local needs for specific developments if any and manage development accordingly with prior validation from HQ
  • Budgeting, control and reporting of the marketing budget including efficient and effective use of the budget


  • Fluent Polish and English
  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing Manager role and experience of working with High end/luxury/premium brands a products
  • 5+ years of experience in Consumer research and insights, Brand Management, Consumer communication ATL / BTL, Direct marketing and basic CRM knowledge
  • Experience in Multi-National Companies and matrix environment would be preferred
  • University degree, probably with focus on Marketing, Business or related field
  • Strong interpersonal skills coupled with influencing skills
  • Proven track of leadership successes
  • Perfectionist, oriented on details (as a must for premium brand)
  • Analytical skills along with general financial knowledge, including understanding of budgeting
  • Ability to effectively elevate strategic issues and concerns to senior management in a timely and accurate manner
  • Confident attitude, results-driven, high-energy, passionate about brand building, decisive with strong attention to details
