    The Role

    The Sales Executive will join the sales function and will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, closing new business and managing / upselling to existing client accounts. While often working on their own initiative, the role requires a large degree of cooperation amongst all stakeholders involved in the sales cycle process. 

    Key Duties & Responsibilities

    • Making outgoing / incoming customer calls and processing new sales
    • Following up business leads and actively selling our products
    • Delivering a consultative selling approach
    • Maintain sales pipeline and build customer relationships
    • Display a positive and professional attitude
    • Up-selling value to our products
    • CRM system management
    • Develops product knowledge and services sold
    • Contributes to the team performance by sharing and implementing best practice ideas

    Qualifications And Required Skills

    • Fluent English, German and Polish, both verbal and written
    • 1+ years of experience in sales, telesales or business development
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
    • Proven negotiation skills
    • Strong computer skills
    • Ability to build new relationships and maintain the current ones
    • Self-motivated individual with a positive attitude
    • Ability to take initiative
    • High energy and entrepreneurial spirit
    • Ability to adapt to changing work environment
    • Confident and charismatic
